1. Seller and scope

These terms govern purchases from this ZrenAI store. The seller is the merchant identified below. They apply to the package and price you confirm at checkout. The service being redeemed may also have usage terms disclosed in its package description.

You must be legally able to enter into the purchase, or have the necessary authorisation from a parent, guardian or organisation. Use an academy account you are authorised to access and provide accurate information.

2. Packages and prices

Each successful purchase provides one unique digital redemption code for the selected package. The included service, quantity of credits or other benefits, redemption destination, expiry and restrictions must be read in that package's description. Do not purchase if those details are unclear; contact support first.

All store prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The displayed payable total includes any tax or merchant charges included in that price; no delivery charge applies to digital fulfilment. Your bank may apply its own currency-conversion or account fees. We do not automatically renew purchases or charge recurring subscription fees.

Price changes apply to new purchases. Existing orders retain the recorded package name and amount. Availability is limited to the inventory offered at checkout.

3. Payment and confirmation

Payment is made through the hosted Curlec checkout using the methods available there. We do not collect your card number, card security code or banking password in our store forms. Payment authorisation alone is not confirmation of delivery: we verify captured payment and matching order details before releasing a code.

Check your selected package and amount before submitting payment. Closing the checkout window does not necessarily cancel a bank payment. If funds were deducted but your order remains pending, contact us with the order reference and do not pay again while the transaction is being checked.

4. Digital delivery and use

Codes are delivered to the purchasing account's My purchases page after payment verification. They are not shipped physically. Automatic email delivery is not currently offered. The Digital Delivery Policy explains delays and support.

Keep your account and code confidential. Use the code only as permitted by the package and the receiving service. Do not use the store for fraud, unauthorised access, payment abuse or unlawful activity. Contact us promptly if you suspect account compromise.

5. Cancellation, defects and refunds

Our Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how to request a cancellation, report an invalid or undelivered code, and request a refund. A disclosed or redeemed code cannot normally be returned for a change of mind because its secrecy and use cannot be restored.

This does not remove your remedies for non-delivery, faulty or misdescribed services, duplicate charges or other rights available under applicable consumer law. We will investigate the circumstances and provide an appropriate remedy where required.

6. Service interruptions and responsibility

Payment, identity and hosting services may occasionally be interrupted. We will investigate reported issues and communicate the available next steps. We do not promise uninterrupted service or a particular outcome from use of a package beyond its stated description.

Nothing in these terms excludes a statutory guarantee or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Each party remains responsible for obligations and remedies imposed by applicable law.

7. Complaints and changes

Use the support contact below for purchase complaints and include your order reference. We aim to acknowledge enquiries within 2 business days and provide a resolution or a substantive progress update within 7 business days after receiving the information needed to investigate. If more time is necessary, we will explain why and give an updated estimate.

Malaysian law applies, subject to any mandatory rights or jurisdiction that applicable law gives you. Our complaint process does not prevent you from contacting a competent consumer authority, tribunal or court.

We publish changes with a new version date. Changes do not retrospectively remove rights attached to a completed purchase. We retain the version and time of the purchase agreement with the order.
