Where you receive your purchase

After captured payment is verified, one reserved code is made available in My purchases for the account that placed the order. Sign in with that same academy account to view it. We do not send codes automatically by email and do not deliver physical goods.

Expected delivery time

Delivery is normally automatic within a few minutes of confirmed captured payment. Bank authorisation, payment-provider confirmation, security checks or a service interruption can delay verification. An on-screen pending status is not a second request for payment.

If your bank shows a debit but no code is available after 24 hours, contact support with the order reference. You may contact us sooner if something appears wrong. Do not make another payment while the original transaction is being checked.

Redemption and validity

Use the code in the service named in the package description and follow its redemption instructions. Any expiry, included benefits, eligible account requirements and usage limits are stated for that package before purchase. Contact support before paying if these details are missing or unclear.

A delivered code is confidential. Keep it out of public messages and screenshots. If redemption fails, note the error and contact support; do not publish the code.

Non-delivery or incorrect delivery

We will verify the payment and delivery record, then arrange an appropriate remedy under the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Inventory is reserved to prevent the same code from being sold twice. An order under reconciliation may remain reserved until its payment outcome is known.
